About the event

Golf has always been a staple in Matt’s life. He grew up playing with family and friends and his love for the game never wavered after his accident. In 2021, the foundation hosted its first golf tournament at Walpole Country Club. In the years that have followed, the golf tournament has truly grown to become the flagship event for the foundation every year. 

Year after year, 144 golfers tee it up in early July. Thanks to an unbelievable support system, the tournament has many volunteers, sponsors, raffles, and auction items that routinely contribute to make the day the overwhelming success it is.
